Growth strategy
Develop Fanlify’s acquisition strategy across markets and channels. Find where growth comes from, where money is wasted and which experiments can unlock the next opportunity.

Fanlify is building an international platform for creators and their paying communities. We look for people who want to own the outcome—not simply complete a list of tasks.

Fanlify is looking for one Growth & Marketing Partner to take ownership of how the platform attracts creators, paying users and wider market attention.
We are looking for someone who combines growth strategy, creator acquisition, paid acquisition, organic social media, content marketing and analytics—and wants their reward connected to the long-term success of the company.
Not followers for the sake of followers. Not impressions for the sake of impressions. Not campaigns for the sake of running campaigns.
Develop Fanlify’s acquisition strategy across markets and channels. Find where growth comes from, where money is wasted and which experiments can unlock the next opportunity.
Build scalable outreach, improve onboarding and measure which creators become active, stay active and build paying audiences.
Own sustainable paid growth across Google Ads, Apple Ads, Meta, TikTok, creator partnerships and other channels worth testing.
Build a distinct Fanlify voice and social presence that contributes to awareness, creator acquisition, user growth and the business.
Test creator messaging, landing pages, funnels, product positioning, promotional concepts, creator stories and market-specific communication.
Turn the Founding Creators program into a meaningful acquisition channel for creators capable of building real paying communities.
Use acquisition cost, activation, conversion, MRR, retention, churn, attribution, cohorts, LTV and return on marketing spend to decide what happens next.
Qualified and activated creators · retention · first paying subscriber · meaningful milestones · Founding Creator applications
New qualified paying subscribers · paid conversion · retention · growth attributable to marketing
CAC · cost per registration · cost per activated creator · cost per paying subscriber · channel performance
MRR growth · retention · channel contribution · sustainable growth in paying relationships
Relevant organic reach · direct traffic · branded search · quality inbound applications · creator-community recognition
A regular monthly fee for the ongoing work and responsibility. The amount depends on experience, location, agreed scope and the overall structure. The relationship is defined by responsibility and results, not required hours.
Additional cash rewards may be tied to clearly defined growth milestones, recognizing significant short- and medium-term results.
Exceptional long-term contribution can be rewarded with the opportunity to acquire Fanlify B shares under the Contractor Equity Plan. The final grant, vesting and milestones will be defined in the applicable agreement.
The majority of a potential grant is expected to be performance-based rather than time-based. Milestones will reflect Fanlify’s actual starting position. We reward growth you help create—not growth that would have happened anyway.
These are not automatic awards. Equity does not reward hours worked, posts published, budget spent or follower counts alone. It rewards measurable long-term value.
The monthly fee pays for your work. Performance rewards recognize near-term results. Equity rewards something different: helping build the long-term value of Fanlify.
Fanlify is a private company. Its shares are not publicly traded, future value is not guaranteed and financing can dilute existing ownership. Equity could become valuable—or ultimately have no realizable value.
A mathematical illustration only—not a forecast or promise. Dilution, share rights, transaction terms, taxes and other factors can materially affect the outcome. A liquidity event or market may never exist.
You do not need to come from a famous company. We want meaningful experience across several of these areas—and evidence of concrete outcomes.
01What did you grow?
02How did you grow it?
03How did you measure it?
04What did it cost?
05What happened after users arrived?
This is an independent contractor relationship, remote and potentially from anywhere subject to applicable legal and tax requirements. There is no predefined number of hours. We expect independence, ownership and accountability for agreed outcomes.
The cooperation may begin with an initial paid qualification period before a long-term equity grant is established, allowing both sides to determine whether the partnership works.
There is no giant marketing department or mature playbook. The person joining now can influence creator acquisition, brand communication, market selection, channel building and the growth of the Founding Creators program.
